Damage & Defect Claims
We only accept returns or provide refunds if the item you received is:
Physically Damaged: Broken, cracked, or torn during transit.
Defective: The product has a clear manufacturing fault (e.g., a broken tension mechanism in a machine).
Incorrect Item: You received a different size, color, or product than what you ordered.
2. The "Unboxing Video" Mandate
To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure a smooth resolution with our shipping partners, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must start before you open the outer courier packaging.
The video must be continuous (no cuts, no edits).
The shipping label and the damage/defect must be clearly visible in the video.
Note: Without a valid unboxing video, we reserve the right to reject any claim for damages or missing items.
3. Reporting Timeline
Any issues must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date. Claims made after this window will not be entertained.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards in the fitness industry, the following cannot be returned:
Used or worn fitness apparel/gym wear.
Opened or unsealed supplements/consumables.
Items showing signs of "Wear and Tear" after use.
Change of mind ("I don't like the color" or "I no longer need this").
5. Resolution Options
Once your video proof is verified by our team, we offer:
Free Replacement: We will ship a brand-new unit at no extra cost to you.
Full Refund: If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Strategic Advice for You (The Merchant)
Placement: Put a link to this policy in your Website Footer and on your Checkout Page.
The "Size" Trap: In the fitness niche, "Size doesn't fit" is the #1 reason for returns. I highly recommend adding a Size Chart image to every apparel product page to avoid these requests entirely.
Supplier Agreement: Show this policy to your dropshipping supplier. Tell them, "I only ask for refunds when I have video proof of damage." This builds a professional relationship, and they are more likely to refund you without asking you to ship the item back to China/Warehouse.
